These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 33ed platform, including all games, sports betting markets, account features, bonuses, and payment services. By registering an account or placing a bet at 33ed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 33ed ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the 33ed platform and all its services is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 33ed does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. 33ed does not guarantee the legality of its services in every jurisdiction.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 33ed employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public platform data or game outcome information.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 33ed platform or any affiliated platform.
- You are of sound mind and are not using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit at 33ed.
33ed enforces the minimum age requirement of 18 years rigorously. Age verification documentation — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — may be requested at any time during account registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other point during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 33ed support will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.
If 33ed discovers at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all outstanding bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. Winnings accumulated while under age will be forfeited in full. 33ed cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.
Parental Controls & Underage Access
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has accessed or registered an account at 33ed, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and will act on all such reports within 24 hours.
33ed verifies player ages at registration and at withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and deposited funds are returned.
Bangladesh NID, passport, or birth certificate may be requested at any time. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity and age verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Verification
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 33ed platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, IP address, or any combination of identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33ed reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses, free bets, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
When registering your 33ed account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure unique password. You are prohibited from using false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's personal details at any stage of registration or verification.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of our commitment to platform integrity and player protection, 33ed applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Standard KYC documentation requested may include:
- Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of Age: Any document confirming date of birth establishing you are 18 or older.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your residential address in Bangladesh dated within the past three months.
KYC verification is typically required before a player's first withdrawal and may be re-triggered for high-value transactions or if unusual account activity is detected. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33ed login credentials. 33ed will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 33ed support immediately. 33ed accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to safeguard their login details.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All monetary transactions on the 33ed platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33ed does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal chain. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your 33ed wallet in BDT, and the amount you withdraw is settled in BDT to your nominated payment method with no platform-side fee deducted from the principal.

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 33ed reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Real-money deposits are never subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard KYC and payment method matching rules described above.
Anti-Money Laundering
33ed is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We apply transaction monitoring to all accounts and cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities where required. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Accounts where suspicious transaction patterns are detected will be suspended pending investigation, and 33ed reserves the right to freeze funds and report the matter to relevant authorities where the law requires it.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
33ed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern how they are awarded, how they can be used, and when bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The general principles below apply to all 33ed bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a first 33ed account and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for a 100% welcome match bonus up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's bonus wallet within five minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. No bonus code is required. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses at 33ed are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus balance may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus is converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Qualifying wagers are those placed on casino games and sports betting markets at standard stake sizes. The following wager types do not count toward wagering requirements:
- Bets placed at odds shorter than 1.50 (evens) on sports betting markets.
- Wagers placed using the cash-out feature before the event or game has concluded.
- Any bet that is voided, cancelled, or refunded by 33ed for any reason.
- Wagers on games explicitly excluded from wagering requirement contribution in the specific promotion's terms.
Bonus Expiry
All 33ed bonuses expire 30 calendar days after being credited to your account unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
Bonus Abuse
33ed reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), using automated betting software or bots, or exploiting a technical error or pricing mistake on the platform.

Bonus funds must be wagered 30 times before becoming withdrawable. Real-money deposits are never subject to wagering requirements.
All bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Ensure wagering requirements are met within this window or the bonus balance will be removed.
6. Gameplay & Fair Use Policy
33ed provides access to casino games and sports betting markets supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. 33ed does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate any game outcome after a round or event has commenced.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33ed platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any program designed to place bets without direct human input on each individual wager.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported to 33ed support immediately.
- Colluding with other players, live dealer operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any game code, odds data, or proprietary platform content.
- Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking software to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
- Placing bets using funds that are not legitimately owned by the registered account holder.
Sports Betting — Settlement Rules
Sports betting markets at 33ed are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket, FIFA for football, and the respective federation for all other sports. In-play bets are settled on the result at the time the event concluded officially, not on any abandoned or delayed match that was replayed or rescheduled. If an event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.
Technical Failures
In the event of a platform or network failure that interrupts a live casino session or a real-money slot round after a bet has been placed but before the outcome has been determined, 33ed will attempt to reconstruct the round outcome from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. 33ed accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

- Void on Abandonment: Events abandoned before the qualifying time threshold result in all bets being voided and stakes fully returned.
- Server Logs Prevail: In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, 33ed server logs constitute the definitive record and take precedence over any screenshot or client-side record.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
33ed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or has provided false information during registration or verification. In such cases, 33ed may withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, forfeit all balances on the account.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 33ed will aim to notify the affected player by SMS or email within 48 hours of the suspension being applied, unless doing so would compromise the investigation. The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the findings before a final decision on account closure or fund forfeiture is made.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their 33ed account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds, and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion directly from the account Responsible Gaming dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended, deposits are blocked, and marketing communications are suppressed. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened — a request to end self-exclusion early will not be acted upon until the full period has elapsed. Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. 33ed will send at least two notification messages to the registered mobile number before applying dormant account status. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the remaining real-money balance after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing a verification step.
Request self-exclusion at any time via your account dashboard. Periods of 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion are available. Immediate effect. Cannot be reversed early.
Close your account at any time. Real-money balance is returned within 5 business days to your verified payment method. Pending bets are settled first.
8. Limitation of Liability
The 33ed platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game, market, or feature will be accessible at any given moment. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33ed's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
33ed accepts no liability for:
- Loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Losses arising from a player's reliance on any game outcome prediction, betting tip, or third-party information service.
- Losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond 33ed's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider outages, natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials, enabling unauthorised third-party access.
- Tax obligations that may arise for the player in their jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings. It is the player's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local tax laws.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage players to first contact 33ed support at [email protected] to seek a resolution. Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct contact, the dispute may be escalated to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33ed with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
